Maceration: matured for three years in Italian oak barrels and six months in French oak barriques. Aged in bottle for at least 120 days. Unfiltered wine.
Maturation: the wine is aged in steel for one year.
Packaging and packing: dark-colored bordelaise mod. daisy bottle, cork.
Tasting features:
Color: intense ruby red, with violet hues;
Odour: intense that recalls wild berries, cherries and spices.
Taste: full, intense, dry and strong.
Pairings: a wine particularly suitable with Mediterranean typical cuisine, ragù, roasted meat, venison, aged cheese, cold cuts and legumes soups.
