Ingredients: sour Cherries pulp (67%), water, sugar.
The sour cherry jam - being also less sweet than that of cherries - is perfect for filling cakes, croissants and desserts and it can also be spread on bread and rusks for a genuine and light breakfast. Not only: with this jam you can also stuff a dessert made of yogurt or a homemade cheesecake.
The word "EXTRA", according to law, guarantees the use of high quantities of only whole fruit, the absence of sulfur dioxide and preservatives.
Jams and marmalades are produced in our domestic laboratory (Home food enterprise) as authorized by the competent authorities.
