Description
Produced with dried and smoked chestnuts, it is usually produced for the month of October and for the famous Varola Festival, held in Melfi (Pz), but given the good success, in recent years it is available from October until Spring. It is a strong ale, so full-bodied, warm, from the enveloping drink that recalls the caramel of malts and the smoky notes of chestnuts, perfect to accompany winter evenings.
