The most classic and the most popular jam for breakfast: it is prepared with juice and pulp of oranges (grown and harvested using traditional methods in the territory of Montescaglioso, a few kilometers from Matera) to which small strips of peel slightly caramelized are added in cooking, which are visible to all spoon and give the characteristic taste slightly bitter, attenuated by the sweet delicacy of vanilla.
It Lends as an excellent filling for the classic homemade tart, to fill cookies or crepes, as topping for ice cream or cheesecake or to accompany fresh cheeses giving an unmistakable taste.
Jams and marmalades are produced in our domestic laboratory (Home food enterprise) as authorized by the competent authorities.
The word "EXTRA", according to law, guarantees the use of high quantities of only whole fruit, the absence of sulfur dioxide and preservatives.
